Vince tipped me off to this gem. Come for the three great railroads, stay for the boxcar surfing. Walt Disney gives a master class around the 8:20 mark.
If I had a time machine, I'd go back and find a way to convince Walt to quit smoking. We lost him too soon...so much more he might have accomplished...so many more trains to play with.
