Maintenance vehicles?

I drove by the Havelock yard rather early this morning to see what I could see. Way off in the back, near the trees, I saw what looked like a group of maintenance vehicles very similar to the ones I saw in 2009. The station was closed, so I couldn't have a look inside. Maybe next time. Luckily there's a lot of summer left.

  1. MOW equipment seems to have the same fate as farmers old stuff, just dumped anywhere and forgotten to rust away.

    1. It does appear that way from the photo. Unfortunately those are deep on the railway's private land, so I can't go back there for a good look.

    1. Yeah, but I don't think it's legal. At the yard's tourist parking lot along the highway there are many signs along the CP's boundary stating that it's illegal to enter, and the same applies to the road that leads into those buildings and equipment along the back. I suspect a drone fly-over would cause considerable trouble.
